These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Splash Aquatics website at splashaquatics.ca, including its pages, blog, and forms (the "Site"). Splash Aquatics Inc. ("Splash," "we," "us") operates the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Lessons, bookings, and payments

The Site describes our programs and helps you get in touch with us. Our Policies and our booking app at app.splashaquatics.ca set out the rules for booking, payment, cancellation, makeup lessons, and refunds. Those rules govern every booking. If anything on this Site conflicts with our Policies, the Policies apply.

Information on the Site

We work to keep program descriptions, schedules, locations, and prices accurate and current. However, they can change, and they may occasionally contain errors. Availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

Our blog posts and articles offer general information about swimming, water safety, and adaptive aquatics. They are not a substitute for:

• In-person instruction
• Lifeguard supervision
• Advice from your child's doctor, therapist, or clinical team

Always supervise children in and around water.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to access areas you aren't authorized to use
• Submit false information, spam, or anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful through our forms
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Our content

The Site's text, photos, videos, logos, and design belong to Splash Aquatics Inc. or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view our pages, share links to them, and print pages for personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

We only use photos and videos of swimmers with a signed photo release from a parent, guardian, or caregiver. If you have a concern about an image, please contact us and we'll address it promptly.

Forms and communications

When you send us information through a form on the Site, such as our contact form or waitlist, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We only send marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, such as our booking app, social media pages, and map providers. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of websites we don't operate. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splash Aquatics Inc. is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content
• Interruptions, errors, or viruses

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the Site after an update, you accept the revised terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
