Meet Our Splash Team!

Hi! I'm Scott

Cofounder and Instructor

Scott has a passion for teaching and it's this passion that allows him to thrive when teaching swimmers new skills! He has been teaching for almost 10 years and has taught kids as young as 3 weeks old to adults close to 80. Safety around water is the driving force behind Scott's interest in teaching swimming lessons, because not only is it a fun activity, but it can potentially save a life someday. When Scott's not in the pool, he's working on new inventions and tinkering with electronics.

Hey! I'm Ben!

Cofounder and Instructor

Ben grew up spending his summers beside the Atlantic Ocean in New Brunswick and with a pool in his backyard in Milton. He loved to spend all his spare time outside swimming. This passion for swimming lead to him becoming a dedicated swimming teacher for the past 5 years. He has committed his time to helping kids develop swimming techniques as well as improving their confidence in the water. Ben believes that incorporating fun and seeing kids smile is the most rewarding part of teaching. Ben’s passion for the water further lead him to become a certified scuba diver and a lifeguard. With Ben’s experience around the water he hopes to inspire other children to follow in his footsteps and have the same opportunities he has had.

Hello! I'm Kaylie

Growing up, Kaylie always had a love for swimming and loved attending lessons. This, along with her passion for working with children is what inspired her to first volunteer at the pool and then become a swim instructor. She is outgoing and enthusiastic, and always makes sure her lessons are a perfect mix of learning, safety, and fun! Kaylie's goal is to give back and share her love for swimming with her students, and she hopes they will receive the same joy that she had when she was first learning to swim!
